Stylus Conversion For Cigar Kits

I am wondering if there is a conversion kit for the cigar kits.

I would like to add a stylus Nib to the top of a cigar kit, I know the top of the kit screws off, is there a nib that screws on in place so I can have stylus and pen combo.

I am still using the old press in style. For them I drill a 1/4" hole in the top, grind the push in area down in length and then epoxy it in.
There is no conversion kit that I know of.
