Guitar Inlay Center Hole

Hello! I HAVE used the search function but did not find what I was looking for.

I have an order for the guitar inlay kit. I've made a few already and I'm comfortable with everything but the center hole.

I feel like I'm hit and miss with it. It use 5 minute epoxy, I TRY to stir it as slow as possible without getting holes, and then apply.

I seem to frequently end up with a bubble toward the bottom, or bubbles throughout if I mixed poorly. I end up cleaning it out with a dremel in order to redo it until I get it right.

Are there any techniques that have better success?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

make sure the epoxy is warm....I usually let it sit in front of my small heater for a minute before mixing.

Thanks! I'm thinking about using the 2 part tube of clear epoxy and mixing it in the whole if nothing else.
