Baron pen question

I was just getting ready to order some Baron kits with bushings and drill bit.
They list 2 drill bit sizes, 25/64 and 15/32, Are both bits needed for this kit?

Yes, one for the pen barrel, the other for the cap. They are different diameters

If you find drill bit sizes listed are are odd-ball, weird, non-standard, then you know you have arrived at the pen making business. Don't try to understand it or make sense out of it, just spend the money and buy the weirdo bits. []
