A few TruStone pens. Really like working with it. :)

I was wondering what type of drill bit you use for Trustone .....
carbide-tipped, high speed still, cobalt ..... or what ??

Thanks,

Standard HSS Drill bits. Keep the heat down and you're ok. TruStone doesn't like high heat. Same when you are turning and sanding. The blanks shown are rated easy for turning. There are TruStone blanks that have a higher difficulty, so pay attention when you order. I get mine from Bear Tooth Woods and they will have a rating for each blank.
