pair o' pens

did these last weekend, first is a platinum and blk tn sierra in corian. first time I've seen this pattern, a glue up from a friend in the kitchen cabinet business.
secind is a blk tn olympia in blk ash burl from B.B. at A.S. about the prettiest blank I've seen.

That Corian is really pretty - like Dario, I thought it was a burl - perhaps Amboyna............

But seriously, my personal favorite is the sierra!

I really like the Sierra. Very nice! Also lik ethe plain brown color of the second one. Sometimes I get wrapped up in color and forget the simple ones look the best.
