I had some time in the shop today so I started playing around with making a piston filler with a live blind cap, meaning you twist the blind cap to draw in the ink.

Any way a great day in the shop.

I use small rubber wheels that are different grits in my Dremel. They are from the jewelry industry for the inside of rings etc. You can get them 1/4 round by 3/4 inch long with flat or round ends on them.

Very similar but mine had round ends on them but same basic idea.
