My first PR Cast

Well the addiction continues and this is my first cast of PR with Carbon fiber /Kevlar Sleeve. I received my molds this week from Fred (PTownSubbie) and I just had to try them.

As you can see on the top picture I had a blowout at the last moment. I guess I need to gauge it better since the fiber material is not that thin but oh well I will keep it for myself.

Looks good! Where did you get your CF/Kevlar? and is it sleeving?

Should hide the blowout with the clip.

They look like they came out real well. If you use the Vista kit you will never have a problem. I have put them on a standard Sierra from Berea. Thanks for showing.

Nice job of casting. Tow out of three is not bad for a first time.
