Inlace #26 Repaired & a question...

Alas, Inlace # 26.....Ol' Pearl White had 2 cracks in the cap. It wasn't too much trouble to disassemble, so i attempted a repair with another piece & separated it with a strip of aluminum..

Also, while showing a southwest to a prospective customer, I dropped it and shattered the bling on the end....does anyone have any suggestions of how to repair it?:embarrassed:
