Here's the latest one done by my daughter. She hasn't figured out how to make that "last cut" without hitting the bushings yet, so I do that for her, but she does ALL the rest of the cutting, from square blank to round, and then she sands and polishes the PR. When we turn wood pens, we just use BLO; I don't want her to develop a sensitivity to CA.
