Emperor in Sambar Stag

Very nice pen.
Seems to be a run on antlered Emperor's right now.
I have several Elk tips here and i was wondering about what would size should they be for this pen?
So far i have just made a few rings from what i have and would like to try a pen.

I used a 7/8 to 1" dia antler for this pen. One of the drill sizes is 37/64, so not much room for error.

Thanks for the info. I have several larger pieces that might work. I know the Elk ring i wear was just over 1 inch in diameter and it wasnt the largest piece i had. If it works out i might have to order some more larger pieces.

I bought my group of Elk tips for just under $29.00 and that included shipping. I received 60 tips for that price. The lengths of the tips range from 5" long to 12" long. Some aren't perfectly round but there should be some usuable pieces in the lot. Thanks again for the info.
