Custom Pen Request

Someone surfed across my website a couple weeks ago and purchased two pencils. The other day I received an email from him asking if I could make an orange pen with a particular Pentel cartridge in a pen that looked similar to a Mont Blanc. I replied sure can.

The green one is a prototype that I will use and the orange one is the requested pen.

There are no kits that I know of. These are put together similar to the Sharpie refill although the Sharpie tap is way to big.

Those look great. How'd you do the snap caps?

I cut several tabs ont the snap cap to give the glue something to grab and used epoxy glue.
