This is the first pen made using my new Grizzly band saw and I have to say with thas new saw, making segmented pens will now be more fun, accurate AND safe. I did not use any metals or pins in this one just straight wood. The woods are Koa cut in half with maple burl and Cocobolo sandwiched between and epoxied together. The bands are Cocobolo and the final is Cocobolo. The finish is around 10 coats CA sanded and sanded again through all the pretty colored pads then finally polished with Novus heavy and light scratch removers.
Thanks for looking. Any comments critiques welcome.

Yeah you did! That looks amazing...see, you're the segmenting master with those clean lines! This is a great looking pen! No aluminum or brass to get in the way, just pure wood accent!!!

I must be thick and can't see the joke either:redface::confused:

I just see a stripe of black and white warning signs.

Hit refresh once or twice. not all the pics are working for me, but one or two are, and thats a helluva nice pen. Segmented pens are usually not my favorites, but I love this one. great work!
