Is there a 5 minute epoxy that expands somewhat? I've tried polyurethane (Gorilla) glue and it didn't work for me.
I do not know of any.Is there a 5 minute epoxy that expands somewhat? I've tried polyurethane (Gorilla) glue and it didn't work for me.
Try Araldite; they make a 5 minute and 90 minute. (The 5 minute is more like 2 minute). The 90 minute is more like 10 minute. When I come back it has always come out both ends of the blank: so it expands. I buy it at my local jewelry supply store. Is there a 5 minute epoxy that expands somewhat? It's pricey. $12 at Amazon for 30ml (1oz) total. I might give it a try, though.Try Araldite; they make a 5 minute and 90 minute. (The 5 minute is more like 2 minute). It's about $4USD here. The one in that short link is the metal epoxy, I use the "normal" 90 minute epoxy; you can try the red 5 minute one but I find it too fast for me.It's pricey. $12 at Amazon for 30ml (1oz) total. I might give it a try, though.
