I was actually able to make an Apollo rollerball without having to add some Oops Segments to cover my mistakes. This one uses a Fright Nights blank from Bullseye Turning Supply which has some nice coloration and mica shimmer. I did have some difficulty getting a decent finish on this pen. It's OK but not great. I will likely keep it for myself. There are still very fine radial scratches, and I have fussed with it long enough today.
The nice thing about these pens is it's easy to put them back on the lathe to work on them some more.
