I got a couple turned out between all the other stuff I was into this weekend, actually the dogwood was today but I'll count is as weekend because I took a day off to go to the optometrist.
First was a polaris done up with a longleaf pinecone core. Man, them suckers are big.
Second was my first try at an Oxford flat top pen from Woodcraft. I put a Strangefart crosscut dogwood on it. I managed to swap the barrels for a Slimline Pro set I had out, but they were the same length and so close in diameter as to be indistinguishable. Hope it works as well when I put the Pro kit together.

I'm happy another one of my blanks popped up on here, looks very respectable on the Polaris, but the kit would look better with rounded edges in the metal at the centerband area. The pine cone POPS. That kit NEEDED to be dressed up in a pine cone.
