Yes, participation seems to be lagging a bit this year. People access the Internet in different ways, and for different reasons. Many may just not have noticed your contest, or the Birthday Bash yet. Some may be interested, but don't have the time to read the articles. Who knows!

But one thing I might suggest is to make a quick post on the Penturning or Casual Conversation forums, and provide a link to your contest. More people visit there.

So far in the trivia I've had a high around 70 and a low around 25. Sounds like with 30 you're in the ballpark to me. Just keep reminding them to vote.

I hear ya! I've had only 12 entries for the Liars Club Contest and it has been going for a week now. I am just going in every couple of days and reminding people to enter for a chance to win some great prizes.

I feel the same way Andrew. I really hoping it's the type of contest I picked for the 1st two weeks :(. I'm hoping this week will be better and I'm going to try and promote better too.
