My wife found a toothpick holder keyring kit while we were shopping at Woodcraft and decided we need to try it out. Looked up the drill for it, 11mm it says, so we had to buy a new bit too, plus the bushings.
So we got down to the dungeon/woodshop and Dale drills the blank while I sharpen the gouges. I got curious after gluing the tube in the blank (it fit loose) and was waiting for the glue to set and measured the parts with the caliper, very close to a Wall Street II. I got a Wall Street kit out and measured the part that pressed in, identical diameter. Then I measure the bushings outer diameter, Wall Streets are a bit smaller. It looks like the tube used on this kit is the same diameter and length as a Wall Street II tube and in a pinch one could use Wall Street II bushings to turn the blank, especially if you plan on building a thick CA layer on it. And from the loose fit of the tube in the 11mm hole a 27/64th inch drill would work better.
