You did it. You did it! YOU REALLY DID IT!!!! You nailed the box terrapen. Congratulations on a wonderfully gorgeous pen. I hope you made a bunch of them because that pen will sell. Beautiful work and great fit and finish. Your photo shows the pen very well also.

Did you have the same hardening issues with this one that you had with your last one? If not, what did you do differently?

I cooked it at 255F for 30 minutes but it wasn't a whole lot harder. I CA coated it to make it more wear resistant and take a polish.

So today when showing it off I told folks I found a turtle on the side of the road and I turned a pen. Just that split second you could see them almost believing....

Not like one has anything to do with the other...
