Nice pens John. I am going to make some bic pens soon also but was wondering what size drill bit you used for the ink tube and what size for the frictin fit of the nib? Thanks, Jack.

I use a long shank 4mm, and then pull the refill out of a regular biro

John

I just opened the pack of bic pens I bought and I pulled out my drafting hole template and the shaft around the nib fits loose in the 6.35mm hole but will not go into the 5.95 hole so Im guessing I will need a 6mm to 6.124mm bit,,,,,
