Just finished this pen . It's a slimline pen kit with the addition of a Mont Blanc center band that was left over from a Mont Blanc pen that was turned without the band .
This is the first time that I've turned a pen that when it was finished and I got the feel of it , I said to myself - self - this pen aint going anywhere , it's mine !!

I think that I've mentioned before that I love working with it . Just remember to keep your tools sharp and when rounding off the blank , don't get too agressive . Once it's rounded off you can proceed as normal .
Don't expect shavings to come off of it but instead a very fine , almost, dust or powder.
You mentioned "sheets" , how did it come and what is the size of a sheet? The stuff that I get comes in sticks about 33" long and 5/8" square like the picture below.
