SIERRA PENS

I HAVE BEEN MAKING SIERRA AND SIERRA ELEGANT BEAUTY CLICK PENS WITH THE NEW STYLE MECHANISM.
I HAVE 1 RETURNED AS THE CARTRIDGE WOULD NOT RETRACT. I NOTICED THE SPRING WAS JAMMED ON THE CARTRIDGE. I REPLACED WITH A NEW CARTRIDGE SEEMS TO BE OK.
TIME WILL TELL.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE SIERRA NEW STYLE CLICK MECHANISM?

yes. Just this past weekend in fact. A customer was test-writing with one at a show and handed it back to me saying it wasn't working properly. I did change the refill and spring, but it seems that the mechanism is malfunctioning. I haven't had a chance to take it apart yet and see if something is out of place.
