What size pipe works best?

Do you need to use a mold release?

What do you seal the pipe with?

Do you make a stand for the pipes - how?

How many of the pipe molds can go into a pressure tank at the same time?

What else do I need to know about PVC pipe molds?

Size depends on the size of blanks you want to make. I use the ice cube trays for 3/4", and PVC for 1" and 1.5".

No release needed, PR shrinks while it cures, so as long as it doesn't get too hot while curing, it should slide out with a little prodding. If it gets too hot, the PVC may deform, making it more interesting to remove the blank. DAMHIKT

Duct Tape or blue painters tape, which ever is on hand.

Cut them off square, and make sure the tape seal is flat, they should stand by themselves.

Don't know, haven't setup my pot yet.
