If you saw my thread where I gooned up the center band insert on the Majestic I made..

I called them today, got through on the first try. Worked with their tech support, ID'd the part and they are sending it to me.

No cost - even asked when I said it was my fault.

I know they get a bad rap, I personally as stated in a few of the Jeer threads have had good luck with them.

Merry Christmas, if only the rest of my day was going this well I would be a happy camper.

You know I see lots of negative stuff about Penn State, but I've never had anything but great service from them.

I usually buy my PSI stuff from a large online seller. I get free 2 day shipping and I have never had a problem with the quality of PSI's products. I buy mostly tools from them rather than kits, though.
