Pen kit suppliers in Germany

Hello all.
A friend of mine is going to spend 30 days traveling through Germany and he asked me if I knew of any Pen Kit suppliers there.
He said he would bring me kits from there, perhaps made in Germany that may be of better quality than the Taiwanese we get here. (Not that the Taiwanese are bad).
Anyone knows of Germany based kit suppliers?

None of these sell PSI-style pen kits, but you may find some interesting tidbits...
