Pen Blank Drilling Chuck problem

I have a pen blank drilling chuck that I opened too wide and it came apart. I reassembled it but now it is off center aproximately 1/64 of an inch. Every time I back the bit out to clear chips it widens the hole when I reinsert. Any ideas how I can correct my mistake?

If this is the two jaw chuck, you likely switched jaws. Each should be marked to match same mark on chuck (jaw #1 slot #1, Jaw #2, Slot #2). Even if not marked, switch mounting and you should be good, then mark them if needed.
