I was in the process of modifying a centerband for a Jr. Gent when I scratched the plating. Since I originally bought the kit from Exotic Blanks, I sent Ed (ed4copies) a PM. After a couple of PM's back and forth (because I was a little too vague in my first one), Ed sent me a new piece the same day!
Dawn and Ed keep setting the bar for customer support even higher and higher. In all the years I have dealt with vendors, I can count on one hand the number of them that I trust implicitly. Exotic Blanks leads that exclusive group with a big thumbs way, way up!!
