Hi all,

This one is cherry-plum tree, turned green and dryed in the MW.
It's 20 cm wide and 10 cm high in the middle. I've named it the " Smiling bowl ", take a look at the second picture and you will see why.

After he's stops with cracking, I will fill the void with tin, so he shall have a better smile,

Might even be a good candidate for a paint job?!
Great work! How did it go with the microwave? Was that what cracked it?

I use the method that Dario has described, low power ( defrost ), short times ( 2 minutes each time )and sealed in a plastic bag. Every 3 times I put it on the scale to mesure how much weight was lost. It works great, and I had no cracks.
That crack appears 3 days later, I suppose that I had to take it a couple of times longer in the MW. The next time I've to be more patient,
