Does it have to be a blank? Hut products sells finials and discs that have Navy logos. Look under logos on teh left side of the page.

What about laser engraving the logo onto the pen?

Why not just create your own graphic, pour them with PR and then turn them? I have created many navy related blanks for friends and for myself. In fact, I just turned one of the Navy Jack and Lone Sailor with the Intelligence Specialist logo....it turned out fabulous....if you send me your email address I can send you a couple of samples of the navy-related designs I have done...
