Got some time this morning to turn another of 'You-Know-Who's blanks.:biggrin:
I'm not sure why, but like several of his blanks, I prefer not to bring the blank to a high gloss. I think they just don't need it. I like this one a lot!!

Hey I finally found something I can disagree with you on Skip. I think a high gloss is a better look on any plastic or bakelite. The glossier the better. A tuned down gloss looks good on wood products so it does not have a plastic feel to it. Other than that the pen looks great as usual. Thanks for showing.

Nicely done... I'm not sure these blanks are my cup of tea, but they're nicely made, and the finished product looks good.
