You need to try these pig tail flippers out:good:- for steaks, ribs, chicken-etc- they work great. One has a bocote handle the other is bloodwood, antler and brazilian ebony.

Those look great! Did you make the flipper itself or do you know of a good source?

John I got the flippers from craft supplies USA. They are very sturdy and their length is good. They are 9/32 diameter stainless steel-might be another project to make some now.

I use those all the time - well, store bought ones. I might have to look into the kits...
