This is another one of the Wood Bin acrylics with a PSI E-Z Grip clicker kit and some gold glitter/thin CA embellishments.

Inspirational, Ed. I'm almost sufficiently confident with wood to attempt an acrylic. Maybe after the first of the year. Thanks for sharing your marvelous creations.

Glitter! Eureka man you just gave me a great idea!

I have these Chinese oak and some plum blanks that are full of voids and I was looking for a solution to the problem. A quick trip to the craft store is all that is required now.

Thanks ED.

Our own Scott G. had an excellent write-up on turning acrylic in this month's issue of the More Woodturning newspaper. The only thing I'd add to his turning suggestions is to use scrapers and take the burr off.

Gregory, on this acrylic, here's the process...drill a hole or cut a grove about 1/16" deep, fill with fine glitter, carefully apply a drop of THIN CA followed by a squirt of accelerator. Dry sand at about 120 grit to remove all the excess glitter and CA, then switch to wet sanding up to 600 grit, followed by a Beall buff.
