Dug Up From The Past

Not really turning, but pen making.

I just received a request to make 6 pens like the one I gave my SIL a few years ago. These are for him to give as gifts for some co-workers. The problem is I haven't made any of these since 2008. Kinda forgotten how it was done. Lost the tutorial I had back them on how to do it. So I call my Nephew that I gave one to in 2008 and asked if he still had it and if so could I borrow it to look at and figure out how it was put together. He still had it and brought it to me. It is starting to come back to me and I think I can make them again. this is going to be fun! This what the pen looks like:

The parts are from a Streamline pen. It is two back to back cartridges. I use a real bullet for the nib.

Been wanting to do a pen like that. I just have to find somebody that has shells I can use. I only bow hunt and haven't even fired a rifle in 5-6 yrs.
