Yes, I know PSI is not the best on shipping. To that we can all agree. BUT, with my last order from them I put a note in the comment section because I needed to order a belt for my lathe and could not find them online, although I had the part number. I asked if they could add it to the order for me. To my surprise, they DID, but then they also gave me a discount on the invoice, making the belt FREE. Kudos to PSI.
As far as CSUSA, I always get good service and fast shipping, but a while back I broke one of my jr gent feeds. Sent an email to them asking if I could purchase a replacement feed and they shipped one out to me at no cost!
