Clips for the "long click"

I've got an order for some click pens for some nurses and am wanting to find the nurses symbol clip that will fit the Chrome click from CSUSA. Does anyone know where I can find chrome clicks for an 8 mm tube?

Would the European clips work? I think various places sell medical clips for the bigger pens or you may have to drill the hole slightly bigger to fit.

That's what I was thinking, that I would have to drill the hole in something similar but didn't know if anyone had experience with this before. Guess I'll take the plunge and let y'all know how it works.
