Thanks for your comments. These were fun practice, and will make a nice gift for my sister --- she's been hinting for a couple of years that she wanted some.
I forgot to mention the woods include (from right to left) pink ivory, maple burl, macassar ebony, cedar, olive, yamaha pallet wood, lilac, palo verde, canary wood, mesquite, mahogany, walnut, paduak, bocote, and bloodwood, and are finished with cellulose sanding sealer then buffed with white diamond and carnuba. They range from about 4.5" to 6.5".
