A short while ago I complained about the finish on the end pieces of a Panache set, Sam PM'd me and also posted on the thread, I was quite surprised a few days ago when I looked at my bank balance, I had told Sam that it really didn't mater as I had to destroy the caps in order to fit two 1955 penney's on the pen, but never the less CUSA refunded the purchase price of the kit.

Some companies just have it in their DNA to go the extra mile to please their customers. These companies are also called profitable. WTG CSUSA
