This one is a blank my son obtained while pruning some water oaks on the college campus in Carrollton where he works. The grain was wickedly wavy and the blanks we cut from it twisted up bad as it dried. I did my best to square the wood then cut a padouk Celtic knot into it. The knot came out a bit lopsided from the blank not being perfectly square but the wood grain looked like wavy blonde hair.
