I have a bit of ADD when it comes to hobbies. I've hand my hands in knife making, furniture making, painting, crochet, and I'm sure a few others I forgetting by now.
I'm finally getting to use the lathe I bought earlier this year to make pens. This first one came out far better than I expected.

Slimline kit
Red Mulberry from my own backyard
CA finished with micro mesh

Thank you!

I'm out of town now, but have 3 sets of tubes glued up and ready to turn when I get home.

Brad, clearly my friend, you have nibbled the bait and set the hook. Terrific effort in turning yard waste into a fine hand crafted writing instrument. That is a leap to be proud of. Turn on brother, I look forward to seeing what creative places that "ADD" takes you now.

Number 2 finished this afternoon. Another slimline, this time with cocobolo and gold hardware.
