That awkward moment when you're making a pen for someone and it ends up being better than the one you made for yourself... and suddenly you really want to keep it. 😭 Still don't have a caliper so I eyeballed this one too. Slightly shorter than my last pen slightly skinnier too.

The nib on this is just a guinea pig and has seen immense abuse... it will be replaced by a medium jowo #5 once that gets here.

The cap did blow out on me though, but that's nothing a little (alot) superglue can't fix! And then I used the clip to hide the spots where I had to use more superglue to fill in the chips.

Great result and many thanks for showing " the truth" and back story . As has been mentioned that's a good recovery . Clean lines and a good finish 👍
