This one was tough to do. I created sleeves of delrin knowing that the PR blanks I had chose would be too week to thread and take all of the drilling. Then several times I was reminded about how glue does not stick to delrin. So after the send time I glued in the finials I roughed it up enough to get it to glue in just fine. The black and white stripes are thin plastic sheets used in model cars (styrene?).
Cap threads are 12mm x .75
Section is 9mm x .75
The housing is a bock and the nib is Heritance.
It was fun to do and really stretched my skills. I learned a lot along the way!
