These are the cones I use for CA finishing. The CA will not stick to the cones and the cones work for any size pen barrel. I only work on one barrel at a time so these work for me. I could also make a double barrel set. Clamp a 3/4" diameter delrin rod in your chuck and drill with a .246" ("D" letter) drill bit. Mount on the mandrel and then make the angled ends.
