sterling silver inlays

i am working on a very high end blank that is using sterling silver inlays (bands) at both ends. has anyone had experience with this? i use HSS tools and have a large Lacer radiused skew. normaly i would just go ahead and proceed but trashing this blank isnt an option and is very improtant to...
