What lathe speed do IAP members recommend for sanding acrylic pen blanks with Micro Mesh pads? I would be using water as the lubricant. Any tips for using Micro Mesh pads are appreciated.
Recently I have noticed that after I finish wet sanding with MM up to 12000 I have circular patterns on my pens.
Any idea or suggestion on how to avoid that, it's really ruining the pen.

The way I've been doing it is to add 2 layers of thin CA, then run through my micromesh pads lightly once. Then I add a medium CA coat, run through the pads again, then another coat, pads, and so on, until I'm happy with the finish.
