I'm making some display cases for some of my pens. Does anyone sell the card board or plastic flocked insert pen dividers?

I have some "clear" plastic dividers that I can trade with you for 'somethin'.
size: 9"W x 7"H They will hold ten(10) full size pens. Total of six(6) trays = 60pens storage capability.

No problem. Perhaps you can make some if you are handy with a router. A simple 'bullnose' bit and you can easily rout the slots. This way you may stain/paint a colour of your choice or do as I do and use adhesive backed felt to cover MDF slotted trays. There's a nice tutorial in our library that was written by Serge (darley) and he shows how easy they can be made.

I have used these too, and they are quite nice for slimline euro and possibly baron sized pens, but they are a little narrow for cigar, or full sized fp's. I cut my own grooves using an angle jig on my tablesaw, then cut them to length and glue into trays, then cover with fabric.
