Some folks know the best way not to keep a secret is to tell me. I received a message from John Devost which included a note from John Goodin (johnnycnc). The news is good. I take my hat off to those of you who contributed to the fundraiser, who sent well-wishes and who remembered John in your thoughts and prayers.

Hi John,
We are coming along,still working on another home(that did NOT flood),
getting it liveable before moving in.
Looks like we will be a week or two and we should again have a place to
call our own!
The home that flooded is rebuildable but will never be the same,as the flood will
drive values down even after they are rebuilt.
I'm glad you think enough of me to write..you have truly been a great person
to know.
Take care of those bushings,they may come back eventually,but it won't be this year.
Thanks for keeping us in your thoughts,and I hope you and your family are all doing
well.

Thank you for the update Lou . The LOML and I were wondering how he was doing and are glad to hear that he is getting his life back together after the disaster he went through .
