Harbor Freight has an impressive Rotary tool $19.99 down from $39.99. I use and tear up quite a few rotary tools in my carving business. I use only surgical Carbide bits which I get from the operating room at a Hospital I work at.
I have one HF that has outlasted 2 dremels (which I can get repaired) about 15 months
These, I cannot get repaired, but at $19.99 when they break, throw them away less the working parts
