Can anyone identify this kit? I'm just getting started with all this and I really like the clip on this and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on where I might get it?

It could be either the Neopean or the Berea Roller Clip European. The question Thant would clear it up is what refill it takes. The Berea takes a Cross refill, 7mm drill bit & tubes. The Neopean, while it looks the same in photos, is a bit wider, takes amparker refill and Letter O drill bit and tubes.
