WOW!! Was that a good time today!! I really enjoyed meeting everyone. Thanks George for running this one!! And John, what a great shop.

We really have a great bunch of turners here in DFW. I look forward to many more get togethers like thisone. I hope that I wsa able to help a few out with their pen finishing.

Please make sure you drop Don Ward a line thanking him for a great finishing process, as nothing I demo'd was my own idea. Don showed me and I just kept doing like he said. Make sure you post up your pens with your finish....

It was indeed a wonderful meeting. Thanks for your demo, I will try the "slurry" thing next time on Padauk or Jarrah, etc. I hope to have more time to compare notes at the next meeting.... or whenever!
