Default Just moved to Austin
Hello all,

My name is Linc. I just moved to Austin from Utah... quite a different culture here =) I've been turning pens for a few years now and love it. I've done a couple vases and bowls but pens are my passion. I need to get my shop set up here and make sure the humidity doesn't throw off my game and I'll be stylin'. Hopefully I can meet all the locals here soon.

Let me be the first to welcome you to Austin! There are quite a few of us that share the penturning addiction here in Austin. Let me know if you need any help with finding anything here in Austin.

I'm in the Wells Branch area. I almost finished setting up the shop this weekend so I'll have to get busy here soon.

I should have mentioned that there is an excellent wood turning club in the area. Had out monthly meeting tonight. Check out Central Texas Woodturners Association | A local chapter of AAW serving Central Texas woodturners. Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday at 7 pm.
