Thats kinda cool... I have a show on the 8th, but am going to Chicago on the 7th for part of the day. What hours are they turning? I wouldn't mind stopping in and seeing some of the guys.

Sure, that's why I retired, so I wouldn't miss another one.
Hours are 9:30-5 at the new Woodcraft. Hopefully we'll have a good turnout and get lots of pens turned. Two of my granddaughters are also going to be there turning and helping where needed.
See you there,
Dave

The "Turn for Troops" went well today. We had 7 lathes running non stop most of the day.
Today we turned about 125 pens. The final count for Woodcraft to turn in right, around 400.
Everyone had fun are are already talking about next year.

I wish I would have been able to make it! Sounds like you guys had some fun. Unfortunately I was stuck raking for 6 hours...

Maybe next year when things aren't so crazy around here...
